The Opportunity: The Integrated Vivarium Services Unit (IVS) within the Office of the Campus Veterinarian at WSU Pullman supports humane and ethical care and treatment of animals involved in research and education at WSU. We are hiring multiple individuals for this essential position, you will perform routine daily tasks related to the care, monitoring, handling, and feeding of animals, while maintaining the cleanliness of university animal facilities. Your responsibilities will include providing daily care and monitoring of animals, handling and feeding them according to detailed instructions, and supporting vivarium users. Additionally, you will periodically drive to regional airports (Pullman, Lewiston, or Spokane) to pick up animal shipments.
