The role willpredominately focuson gathering and analyzing work group data, defining current processes and requirements, researching bestpracticesandidentifyingand documenting process improvements and functional specifications. This position will be hybrid in Alpharetta, GA (3x week) and require onsite interviewing. Responsibilities Analyze,defineand document requirements and business processes. Develop systems specifications, processflow,and conversion strategies. Create technical and functional user documentation. Contribute to the development of new tools,processes,and solutions to meet desired product needs. Follow established business processes,protocols,and quality standards in the development and deployment of complex solutions. Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories/functional specifications. Identifiesand documents process improvements and functional specifications based on research of best practices and analysis of work group data. Perform analysis on existing systems;identifyingoptions for potential solutions andassessingboth technical and business suitability. Work between remote development teams, internalITand business to ensure requirements aremet. Skilled in working with SOAP, REST, XML, XSD, WSDL, and JSON for schema design and data mapping. Demonstrate technicalexpertiseacross methodologies, platforms, tools, and languages such as Python, SQL, and PL/SQL to effectively support technology teams. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to design, develop, and deploy AI agents that automate processes, enhance decision-making, and improve operational efficiency. Ability tomaintainautomated test scripts. Requirements 3+ years IT business analyst experience BS/BA degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experiencerequired, ISEB qualified Business Analyst preferred Experienced in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to support business, development, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle. TECHNICAL SKILLS: Proficient in documenting As-Is and To-Be processes Broad understanding of software development methodologies Understanding software development lifecycle (SDLC) Expertisein web service technologies including WSDL, XML, SOAP, REST, and JSON, along withproficiencyin tools such as Postman. Demonstratedexperience in Python programming, data visualization, and foundational machine learning concepts to effectivelyleverageAI for business process improvements. Strongverbal and writtencommunicationskills that allow for effective communication across all levels of the organization Expertisegathering business requirements and translating them into user stories/techno-functional specifications. Strong knowledge of conceptual data modeling, UML, data flows,dataanalysis, anddataprocessing. U.S. National Base Pay Range: $70,200 - $117,100.
