Maintenance Technician

Our Maintenance Technicians play a vital role in maintaining high-quality apartment homes. Responsibilities include apartment repairs, inspections, unit turnovers, obtaining repair quotes, and coordinating contracted work. Technicians handle minor plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall repairs, landscaping, and assist with snow removal. We provide an iPad and training for our electronic work order system, along with a minimum 2-hour paid guarantee for emergency calls outside scheduled hours. On-Call Requirement: This position requires availability for on-call duties, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to respond to maintenance emergencies as needed.
