THE JOB: As a Counter Attendant at Eataly in Park MGM, youll be part of a vibrant Italian marketplace where guests can explore authentic cuisine, fresh ingredients, and beloved regional specialties. With your welcoming smile and attentive service, youll help guests navigate the Eataly experience, answer questions, and ensure every interaction feels warm and memorable. By anticipating needs and creating genuine connections, youll deliver WOW moments that capture the spirit of Italian hospitality and keep guests coming back for more. THE STARTING RATE: $15.2822 hourly + tips THE DAY-TO-DAY: Knowledgeable of selling techniques and service delivery for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and items on the menu. Take and place orders, serve, and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately in the work area as applicable. Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures. Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and the appearance of the front and back of house area, clear tables and counters; sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests. Pack and complete order as per guests preference with necessary condiments. Perform opening and closing duties based on shift assignment. Unload warehouse orders and stock the orders in designated storage maintaining organization, stock and replenish supplies and machines as needed.
