Quality Systems Specialist Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is hiring an Experienced Quality Systems Specialist (Level 3) to join our Total Quality 1 Team in Everett, WA on Shift 1. Position Responsibilities: Lead stakeholders in analysis of process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of complex problems and drive implementation of preventive and corrective actions Conduct research, compile and analyze performance reports and process control statistics to continuously improve process capability and operational outcomes Prepare, maintain and deploy quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are met Lead multi-function and multi-site teams to develop and implement company directives and quality processes that meet program and regulatory requirements Develop coordinated responses for management review to meet program quality requirements Perform hardware, software and system-level audits to determine compliance with Quality Management System standards, configuration assurance, and related business, regulatory and customer requirements; report results and recommended actions to management Drive data visualization and reporting: create/update Tableau dashboards, automate routine reports, and present actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders Execute data analysis and report automation using statistical concepts and tools; leverage SQL experience to extract and manipulate data from multiple sources Work under general to minimal direction, managing priorities, timelines and cross-functional communications Conducts hardware, software and system level audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements and reports results to management Analyzes data to provide material review dispositions for nonconforming materials, parts and equipment Works under general direction Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications 3+ years of experience in collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) 3+ years of experience using excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited program Experience with AS9001: International Aerospace QMS Standards Experience with ISO9001: International QMS Standards Experience with the Boeing Problem Solving Model (BPSM) and/or Systematic Problem Solving Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
