In this hands-on industrial maintenance role, youll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high-speed injection and compression molding equipment used to produce closures for popular food and beverage brands. What We Offer: Pay range $28.00 - $32.00 per hour, based on experience + $1.00 per hour for night shift 12- hour shift 5:45 pm 6:00 am or - Fri 6:00 am - 2:30 pm Bi-weekly pay Paid lunches and breaks Schedule: 2-2-3 with every other weekend off Friday - Sunday or Monday -Friday Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, and wellness coverage, with no additional premium cost for dependent coverage Company-paid life insurance and short-term disability Vacation starts accruing on your first day 401k with employer match Tuition reimbursement and safety gear allowance for safety glasses and shoes Employee appreciation events monthly with food trucks, giveaways and more What You Will Do: Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance on assigned equipment Perform repairs on compression and injection molding machinery, auxiliary equipment and maintain systems Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime Repair and rebuild spare parts using hand tools, measuring instruments, blueprints and schematic Work with Team Leads, Quality Assurance Technicians, PTMs, Molders, Lining Technicians, and Printer Technicians Observe and enforce all safety, security, and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Safety, and HACCP programs. Maintain cleanliness of production areas and machinery. Assist with building and grounds repairs, including snow removal. Utilize EAM maintenance management software to enter and close work orders, track parts, and log labor hours.
