Walmart is seeking a Manager, Program Management to join our team and help bring large-scale initiatives to life. In this role, you'll manage critical programs from strategy through executionbuilding trust with stakeholders, solving complex challenges, and delivering measurable results that directly shape the future of our business. You'll report to the Senior Director of Healthcare Research Operations and work on-site at our offices in Bentonville, AR. What you'll do: Own and deliver programs: Oversee planning, execution, and reporting of programs, ensuring milestones are met and results are achieved. Solve complex problems: Identify critical issues, dig into root causes, and create actionable solutions that drive efficiency and impact. Collaborate across teams: Work cross-functionally with leaders, associates, and stakeholders to align goals and deliver for the client. Evaluate and improve performance: Use data, KPIs, and ROI analysis to track outcomes and continuously improve processes. What you'll bring: Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field and 2+ years' experience in project/program management, compliance, or operations management OR 4+ years' equivalent experience Experience managing budgets or P&L processes 2+ years' experience leading cross-functional teams Core strengths: Project management, relationship building, communication, and driving accountability across teams. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Prior work experience with decentralized trials and/or digital healthcare operations and implementation. Prior work experience utilizing Good Clinical Practice (GCP). Prior work experience in a high-growth environment to build a nascent operational infrastructure. Preferred Qualifications...
