Full Job Description

Club Location: The Club at Ruby Hill - Pleasanton, CA Arcis Golf team members thrive on anticipating needs, forging connections, and elevating experiences for our team, members, and guests. Responsible for executing the sales process from business development to nurturing leads and closing the sale in order to maximize club revenue through new business and customer acquisition. The product line for this role will be Private Events and Tournaments. Primary Responsibilities include the following: Responsible for the development and execution of prospecting and marketing plans for membership sales Schedule sales calls and business development activities to grow the pipeline with qualified leads and executes sales strategies through timely follow up and activities that produce high closing rates Conduct tours of the club to qualified prospective members, coordinating with other departments to create customized experiences that increase sales Establish client base of organizations, associations, social and corporate businesses through direct outside and inside sales efforts Represent the club at trade shows and other public forums Manage prospect database and pipeline including detailed notes and organization utilizing CRM system Drive lead generation through cold-calling and outside business development Maintain communication with club and sales support team through weekly forecasting, business reviews and sales reporting as necessary Conduct quarterly competitive market analysis for development of pricing and positioning strategies for growing revenue Qualifications: Minimum five years of commissioned sales experience preferred Proven ability to prospect, negotiate and close new business Strong prioritization, planning and organizational skills Ability to utilize CRM and funnel management tools and apply them consistently to forecast business, manage customer opportunities, build opportunity pipeline, and make business decisions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in leading others preferred Sets high goals and continuously strives for excellence Effectively illustrates a compelling point of view and moves others to action Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University Pay Range: $70,304.00 - $150,000.00 Arcis Golf provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
