Location: Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living Join our maintenance team as a Painter, delivering responsive and accurate painting services for resident apartments and common areas, including interior and exterior maintenance, to enhance our community's beauty and resident satisfaction. How you will make an impact Perform residential painting/wallcovering in occupied and vacated apartments Maintain existing paint/wallcoverings in high traffic common areas Perform drywall repairs Prepare written communications as required to request painting/wallcovering materials and supplies and to report on the completion of each work order Create and close work orders on work order system What you will need Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential painting and wallcovering in a residential setting Strong knowledge of both commercial and residential painting and wallcovering techniques Proficient in using power tools and painting equipment Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
