About the role Now Hiring: Personal Trainer | Racine, WI HealthFitness is seeking a motivated Personal Trainer to join the fitness team at our corporate client site in Racine, Wisconsin. This is a great opportunity to work with clients who are committed to their health while coaching in a professional, wellnessfocused environment. Schedule & Availability: Hours based on your availability and client demand Ideal for trainers available evenings and weekends If youre passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals, enjoy flexible scheduling, and want to grow your training experience, wed love to hear from you! Responsible for designing customized workout programs and training members based on their needs. Responsible for conducting fitness testing and assessments, advising participants of results, providing one-on-one personal training to members, and educating them about the fundamentals of strength and cardiovascular training, as well as the proper and safe use of applicable equipment. Minimum Requirements Current Personal Training certification from an industry recognized and HealthFitness approved provider. Adult First Aid & CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire. Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required. Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test. Compensation: $28 - $34/class. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
