Job Description: Director, Analytics Do you enjoy turning data into insights that shape smarter communications and marketing decisions? Are you energized by helping clients understand performance, uncover opportunities and connect analytics to measurable business outcomes? As a Director, Analytics at Zeno, you will lead integrated measurement and analytics programs across a diverse portfolio of corporate, consumer and healthcare clients. Working closely with strategy, creative, media and account teams, you will develop analytics solutions that help clients measure success, optimize performance and make more informed business decisions. This role is ideal for an analytically minded leader who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You'll have the opportunity to guide client programs, mentor team members and help advance Zeno's analytics capabilities across the agency. About the Role: Analytics Strategy & Client Leadership: Develop measurement strategies and analytics frameworks that align with client objectives, business priorities and communications goals. Measurement & Performance Insights: Lead integrated analytics programs across paid, earned and owned channels, translating complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Data Visualization & Reporting: Oversee the development of dashboards, reports and visualizations that clearly communicate performance and support data-informed decision-making. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with strategy, creative, media and account teams to integrate analytics into communications planning and campaign optimization. Innovation & Analytics Solutions: Identify new measurement approaches, technologies and methodologies that strengthen analytics capabilities and improve client outcomes. Team Leadership & Talent Development: Mentor and develop team members while fostering a collaborative environment where people can learn, grow and do their best work. Business Growth & Capability Development: Support business development efforts by helping identify new opportunities, communicating the value of analytics and contributing to the continued evolution of Zeno's analytics practice. About You: 6+ years of experience in analytics, marketing analytics, communications measurement, paid media analytics or related fields within an agency, consulting or client-service environment. 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring team members. Experience developing measurement strategies and analytics frameworks that support communications and marketing objectives. Strong understanding of paid, earned, owned and social media measurement. Experience translating complex data into clear insights and strategic recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders. Advanced proficiency with Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI or similar data visualization platforms. Strong Excel skills with experience working across large or complex datasets. Experience building client-ready presentations and communicating findings to senior stakeholders. Strong understanding of marketing analytics, digital performance metrics and communications measurement. Experience managing multiple client engagements, budgets and project priorities. Familiarity with analytics, social listening and media intelligence platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Brandwatch, NewsWhip, Muck Rack, Pathmatics, Audiense or similar tools. Collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous learning, innovation and helping clients make smarter decisions through data. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting integrated communications, public relations or marketing measurement programs. Experience with statistical analysis, attribution modeling or advanced analytics methodologies. Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics tools, workflow automation or emerging measurement technologies. Experience contributing to analytics innovation, thought leadership or business development initiatives. Pay Range: $105,000 - $120,000 USD/yr. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits. Level 06 An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
