About the team: The Senior Recruiter supports Walmarts Business Retail and Specialty functions by partnering with hiring managers across Realty, Store Operations, Last Mile Delivery, and related areas. This team drives strategic talent acquisition efforts, managing the full recruiting lifecycle for internal and external candidates. They leverage data-driven insights and agile methodologies to enhance hiring processes and stakeholder communications. Focused on continuous improvement, the team collaborates cross-functionally to address talent needs, optimize recruitment strategies, and deliver effective solutions that align with business goals and operational priorities. What you'll do: Partner with business leaders to develop and execute proactive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals. Utilize data-driven insights to identify talent gaps, prioritize position requirements, and recommend effective sourcing approaches. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely hiring and high-quality candidate assessments. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to influence hiring decisions and improve recruitment outcomes. Provide guidance and training on interview frameworks and assessment best practices. Continuously analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to inform talent strategies. What you'll bring: Proven expertise in talent acquisition with strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to leverage data-driven decision making to identify talent gaps and recommend strategic solutions. Deep understanding of business needs and translating them into actionable recruitment strategies. Skilled in building long-term relationships and providing consultative guidance to hiring managers. Proficiency in using productivity tools and ATS systems to analyze talent supply and market trends. Strong negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial hiring outcomes.
