Position Summary... What you'll do... Role summary: The Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Management, plays a critical role in optimizing supply chain operations by partnering with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions and improve network efficiencies. This position involves analyzing complex data, resolving escalated issues, and supporting process improvements across fulfillment centers and suppliers. The role requires providing expert guidance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The analyst fosters strong stakeholder relationships, supports operational execution, and contributes to cost reduction efforts while upholding company values and promoting a culture of integrity and accountability. About the team: The Senior Analyst will collaborate closely with the domestic inbound operations manager to support all facets of inbound activities within an ecommerce fulfillment center. The team focuses on enhancing supply chain processes by partnering with cross-functional groups to implement effective solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing data to improve network efficiency, resolving operational issues, and supporting process improvements. The team values clear communication, operational excellence, and continuous improvement to ensure timely and efficient product flow. Members contribute expertise in supply chain management, process optimization, and root cause analysis to drive sustainable business results. What you'll do: Implement and improve supply chain and replenishment processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of solutions. Analyze data from multiple stakeholders to enhance distribution network and fulfillment center efficiencies. Lead root cause analysis and resolution of shipping, receiving, inventory, and return exceptions. Support operational execution by communicating expectations to suppliers and transporters. Drive process improvement initiatives using lean concepts and end-to-end costing methodologies to reduce waste and costs. Build partnerships with stakeholders to identify needs, monitor progress, and capitalize on improvement opportunities. Provide expert guidance on supply chain best practices and support continuous development of action plans. What you'll bring: Extensive experience in supply chain management with a strong focus on process improvement and root cause analysis. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders. Expertise in analyzing complex data to identify opportunities for network efficiency and cost reduction. Strong knowledge of supply chain flow, replenishment processes, and distribution network operations. Demonstrated capability to develop and implement sustainable business solutions aligned with organizational goals. Excellent communication skills to convey operational expectations and foster productive partnerships.
