This role is essential for ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and programs while adhering to operational guidelines. The Program Specialist will support various functions, focusing on data management, reporting, team facilitation, and process improvement. Successful candidates will reside in Madison, Wisconsin. For this opportunity, youre a great fit if you can Coordinate the development and implementation of programs and client-based initiatives. Monitor and evaluate project activities, reporting progress to leadership. Identify training needs for fulfillment and call center staff, troubleshoot issues, and audit work for accuracy. Collaborate with program consultants and analysts to meet program needs. Lead quality control activities and resolve data discrepancies related to savings and rebates. Create and maintain procedural and educational materials related to program activities. Performs additional duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary. Process rebate applications by verifying eligibility, obtaining and documenting necessary information for the applications, and issuing eligible payments as directed. Perform accurate data entry and maintenance, including file setup, eligibility verification, applicable troubleshooting resolution, establishing reserved funding, and issuing payments. Review application submissions to determine type of documentation required, terms of program are met, invoicing. Provide education and instruction to applicants on eligibility requirements or work with applicants to request additional information to meet requirements of program. Complete review processes by obtaining and reviewing supporting documentation in accordance with terms and conditions of the program. In this exciting career opportunity, you will have 3-6 years of relevant industry experience. Bachelors degree preferred. Strong data management and analytical skills. Proven experience in project management and team leadership. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word. Compensation Range $58,660.00 - $69,600.00 Currency USD Type Salary Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicants skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
