As a Senior Analyst in the Fair Market Value / Bona-fide Service Fee team, youll help shape Novartis approach to service fee assessments, ensuring transparency and integrity across commercial partnerships. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Assist with the fair market value assessments for service fees paid to commercial entities in the U.S. industry (e.g., Specialty Pharmacies, Wholesalers/Distributors, PBMs, GPOS, Hubs, Copay vendors, etc.) Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Finance, Legal, Medical, etc. to ensure alignment in fair market value assessments and decision-making processes Assist with maintaining all fair market value Work Process Documents (WPDs) and remain in compliance with all Novartis compliance guidance and maintain high-quality data in the FMV application Maintain and enhance processes to remain compliant with CMS, HHS regulations on fair market value Work with Associate Director/Manager to develop communications and training documents as needed across the broader organization Report to management on current projects and value drivers within the team. Supporting stakeholders with analytics and guidance on an ad hoc basis Essential Requirements: Bachelors degree required, preferably in Finance or Accounting; Masters, MBA, or CPA a plus Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or economics, preferably within pharma or healthcare Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and market trends for FMV assessments Advanced financial modeling proficiency, especially in Microsoft Excel Excellent communication and collaboration skills across internal and external stakeholders Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Desirable Requirements: Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry policies, regulations, and compliance standards Experience working with commercial entities such as Specialty Pharmacies, PBMs, GPOs, or Copay vendors Novartis Compensation Summary: The salary for this position is expected to range between $66,800.00 and $124,000.00 per year. The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors. Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
