Role summary: The (USA) Senior Technology Operations role involves leading the planning, monitoring, and execution of medium-complexity technology programs to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. This position requires expertise in risk assessment, resource estimation, and financial management to drive successful project delivery. The role demands strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to influence cross-functional teams and build consensus. The incumbent will support technology strategy implementation by translating business needs into actionable plans, fostering continuous improvement, and maintaining accountability for program health and operational excellence. About the team: Our team leads strategic platform and infrastructure security initiatives across multiple domains, including internet, network and endpoint security. We focus on securing core operating platforms by reducing risk, enhancing controls, and managing access at scale. Collaborating closely with engineering, cloud, and infrastructure teams, we support secure cloud transformation and strengthen foundational services. Through disciplined governance, automation, and stakeholder alignment, we deliver measurable improvements in security posture and operational reliability. Our efforts ensure compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards globally, driving resilience and continuous enhancement across the organization. What you'll do: Lead multiple project/program estimation, risk assessment, and resource planning for projects of small to medium complexity. Monitor and control multiple projects/program progress, ensuring alignment with approved milestones and timelines. Facilitate cross-functional coordination meetings to address schedule, risks, and dependencies. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to build consensus and influence decisions using data-driven insights. Manage financial aspects including budgeting and cost monitoring for multiple projects within a program. Define project/program goals, deliverables, and schedules aligned with strategic objectives. Support technology strategy alignment and provide expert guidance on business and technology integration. What you'll bring: Proven expertise in projects/ programs estimation, risk assessment, and mitigation for projects of small to medium complexity. Strong knowledge of projects/programs monitoring, control tools, and reporting processes to track progress against milestones. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional coordination meetings and manage project dependencies and risks effectively. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and senior leadership group and build consensus in complex situations. Solid financial management experience, including budgeting, cost monitoring, and aligning projects with strategic objectives. Understanding of technology strategies and their impact on business operations and project outcomes. Accountability and decision-making skills to drive program success and continuous improvement. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
