Job Description: Easterseals NH is seeking passionate Youth Support Specialists to join our team and support youth in reaching their full potential! This full-time, year-round role is scheduled to begin August 6, followed by a week of training. Opportunities will be available in Manchester, Nashua and Concord. As a key member of our Youth Transitional Services program, you will provide impactful, one-on-one support to adolescents with disabilities and at-risk youthhelping equip them with the skills and confidence needed for lifelong success. Youll serve as a trusted role model, fostering a compassionate and encouraging environment as youth work toward their goals. Whether youre providing educational support, career guidance, life skills coaching, or promoting overall wellness, your work will help individuals grow, thrive, and successfully engage in their communities. Qualifications: Candidates must be 18 years or older Possess a High School Diploma or GED Two years of work history Ability to transport student in your personal vehicle, a valid drivers license and reliable transportation Compensation: $19-$22 hourly, based upon experience and education. Opportunity to earn a $0.50 pay increase at 3 months, 6 months, and 8 months of employmentup to a total of $1.50through our Career Ladder Program! Hours: Monday Friday, 1st shift, 30 hours per week and benefit eligible. Whats in it for you?
