Facilities Project Management Specialist (Associate or Experienced) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing's Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) organization is seeking a Facilities Project Management Specialist, either at the Associate or Experienced level, to join our Facilities Project Management/Construction Management (PMCM) team in Tukwila or Renton. This role will be instrumental in supporting essential site construction projects and activities at both our Tukwila and Kent locations. We welcome candidates with a diverse range of experience, as this position involves managing projects that range from $50K to multi-million dollar initiatives. This position helps lead and support a project team of internal and external stakeholders in successful delivery of critical infrastructure and production support projects supporting a wide array of Boeing business partners. You will be joining a high performing team delivering project execution from design through construction. Position Responsibilities: Collaborate, with minimal assistance, on projects; evaluate contractor proposals and administer contractor activities Develop work packages (to include budget/funding source, schedule, drawings, specifications, statement of work, procurement, estimates) Coordinate with stakeholders to create an agreed to implementation plan Assemble and release work packages by collecting and integrating documents Evaluate requests and meet with customer to define requirements for projects Create layouts; monitor and coordinate implementation activities on projects Manage and track project schedules across multiple stakeholders to drive critical dates Manage project financial forecasts, invoicing and payments, and have financial acumen Create project communication presentations and reporting out to Leadership Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 1+ years of experience in project or construction management 1+ years of experience managing projects & applying standard project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Gantt charts, status/resource load charts) Experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience in a role that required business acumen and proven ability to deal with ambiguity Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor's degree or higher (architecture, project management, construction management, engineering/technical related field preferred) 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Professional verbal and written communication skills Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment supporting facilities/building infrastructure Experience using AutoCAD and Procore Experience monitoring & coordinating implementation activities such as relocations, construction, schedule, and project reviews Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
