About the role Location Remote (Washington, DC metro area preferred but open to fully remote) LexisNexis is hiring a Licensing Specialist to support our Content Licensing team, which works with 700+ licensors globally (e.g., New York Times, Dun & Bradstreet), whose news and data appear in our industry-leading, AI-enabled products. This is a junior administrative role eligible to be filled immediately. It is a strong fit for someone who is structured, detail-oriented, comfortable with both technology and people, and eager to learn at a globally known and respected business. Responsibilities: Prepare spreadsheets and reports for internal and external audiences. Assist in our compliance function, which ensures we dont violate contracts or policies. Help maintain backend system coding so the right content gets to the right customers. Maintain internal records and reference materials related to licensed content. Help sales, marketing, customer service, and other teams answer questions about content. Many, many tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelors degree (or equivalent career experience). Experience (including internships) in licensing support, content operations, vendor management, compliance operations, or contract administration. Additional office software (e.g., Salesforce, Enterprise AI). Data-driven with exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-through. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Excellent reader and writer. In the 3rd paragraph of your cover letter, briefly explain what attracts you to this position. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. If performed in Ohio, the base pay range is $42,200 - $70,400.
