Charter Steel, located in Cleveland, OH is hiring a night shift Billet Conditioner. Role Available: Billet Conditioner (Melt Shop): A fast-paced role that requires the use of torches, jackhammers, crane and forklift operations. Production Team Members: Starting Pay is $24.25/ hour PLUS $2.25/ hour night shift premium = $26.50/ hour 12 hour shifts- 5 nights on, 2 nights off, 2 nights on, 5 nights off; Have every other weekend off! Excellent benefits and advancement opportunities Family owned, stable and growing company- putting safety first On the job training MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. If you do not have it, we will require that you enroll in our GED Works program.
