SELs R&D Infrastructure Division is seeking a highly motivated and detailed-oriented Data Analyst to expand our team. In this role, youll wear many hatswhether you are preparing and analyzing data, creating and maintaining metrics, or building visualizations, your contributions will support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement. As a Data Analyst, a typical day might include the following: Analyze data using established statistical methods and deliver accurate, actionable, and timely results. Maintain and improve indicators and metrics. Use and improve established data sources, research alternative data sources when needed. Understand how additional data sources improve integrity and reporting. Review, validate, and clean data; resolve and mitigate data inconsistencies. Develop methods to avoid data inconsistencies at the point of data entry. Collaborate with data owners to make system improvements. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
