Position Overview This role focuses on vendor credentialing and scheduling coordination for medical device programs and recall activities. The individual will ensure vendors meet compliance requirements, maintain accurate credentialing records, and coordinate schedules for field representatives and technical support teams. Additionally, this role supports voluntary product recalls by contacting affected customers, providing upgrades, troubleshooting, and documenting all interactions.
