Procurement Agent Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Procurement Agent (Level 2 or 3) to join our Systems Contracts Team in Everett, Washington on first shift. The Contracts Procurement Agent plays a pivotal role in managing, integrating, and improving Boeing's supply chain. As a Contracts Procurement Agent, your responsibilities will focus on contracting strategy, contract negotiation and supplier selection. This role requires contracting knowledge, negotiating, and carrying out all aspects of BCA Supply Chain Contracts in support of production programs. Your primary duties include maintaining relationships with external companies and internal collaborators, and negotiating cost recoveries, engineering changes, and contract extensions. In this role, you will be the primary contact with the supplier(s) and will maintain contracts and statement of work within approved BCA Supply Chain policies and procedures. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience): 3+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Procurement and/or Supply Chain processes and practices 3+ years of experience working Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW) 3+ years of experience negotiating contractual terms and conditions Domestic and international travel 10-20% as needed Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 5+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain or Procurement practices & processes, Bachelors Degree in related field 5+ years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contractual agreements 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners 5+ years of experience working in a supply chain role which required you to perform supply chain activities in a formal or informal supply chain environment 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
