Position Summary... As a Senior Data Analyst, you will leverage advanced data analysis and visualization techniques to support strategic business decisions across multiple domains. The Investigative Risk & Operational Compliance Center (IROCC) Ethics & Compliance Analytics team provides essential support across compliance functions by utilizing automation, analytics, and AI. The team specializes in advanced data analysis, visualization, and quality management to protect the Enterprise and its customers. By applying strategic insights, members identify risks and improve operational effectiveness. Collaborating across business areas, the team delivers data-driven solutions aligned with organizational goals. This group promotes continuous improvement and innovation to maintain high standards of integrity and compliance, enabling informed decision-making throughout the company. What you'll do... Identify and evaluate data sources aligned with business requirements and service level agreements. Perform initial data quality assessments and manage ongoing data quality improvement initiatives. Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using appropriate analytical methods and tools. Develop and present clear, insightful data visualizations tailored to a variety of stakeholder needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into strategic decision-making. Support data governance by adhering to policies on data privacy, security, and compliance. Mentor junior analysts on data analysis techniques and visualization best practices. What you'll bring... Extensive experience in data analysis, including data source identification and exploratory data analysis using SQL, Python, and statistical techniques. Proficiency in data visualization/analysis tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Dataiku, Python, and AI. Strong knowledge of data quality management, including profiling, cleansing, and monitoring to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards. Ability to translate complex business requirements into data-driven solutions aligned with strategic objectives. Understanding of data governance, data strategy, and regulatory policies related to data privacy and security. Effective communication skills to present insights and influence stakeholders across multiple business domains. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
