Job Title IT Business Analyst Who are we? As an aircraft manufacturer, industrialist, industrial service provider and logistician, Daher currently has approximately 14,500 employees and achieved a revenue of 1.9 billion euros in 2025. With its family ownership, Daher has been focused on innovation since its creation in 1863. With locations in 15 countries across Europe, North America and Asia, Daher designs and develops value-added solutions for its aeronautical and industrial customers and partners Daher's Idaho site, located in Sandpoint Idaho, a small outdoor community located between Lake Pend Oreille and Schweitzer Mountain, is home to Kodiak, a rugged mission ready 10-seat short takeoff and landing turboprop. The facility supports design, manufacturing, development, maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) activities for the Kodiak 100 and Kodiak 900, serving customers worldwide. The team of approximately 300 employees builds airplanes starting largely from raw materials, all the way through painting, to final assembly, defining built by hand in Sandpoint Idaho. Beyond final assembly is comprehensive customer service, aircraft maintenance, technical support, and quality oversight, while continuing to engineer the next generation of Kodiak capability. We are seeking a Business Relationship Manager to serve as the key liaison between Sandpoint business teams and IT organizations. This role will support local priorities, projects, business applications, and continuous improvement initiatives across engineering, manufacturing, MRO, machine connectivity, and digital continuity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aerospace manufacturing and business processes, with the ability to translate operational needs into actionable solutions while partnering with local and global stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact between business teams and IT for local initiatives, projects, and operational support. Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and site leadership to identify business needs and improvement opportunities. Support transformation projects through requirements gathering, testing, deployment planning, and user adoption activities. Collaborate with North American and French business and IT teams to deliver sustainable, standardized solutions. Build strong relationships with process owners, key stakeholders, and decision-makers to ensure project success. Coordinate priorities, communicate risks, and support solutions that meet aerospace requirements for quality, traceability, compliance, cybersecurity, and operational performance. Support QSE initiatives, including issue resolution, training requirements, and continuous improvement efforts. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Manufacturing, or a related field. 5-8+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, engineering, industrial operations, business process management, or a related environment. Strong understanding of aircraft manufacturing processes, including engineering, product definition, configuration management, manufacturing preparation, and shop-floor execution. Experience working with engineering, PLM, MES, ERP, MRO, reporting, or manufacturing-related business applications. Proven experience gathering requirements, coordinating testing, supporting deployments, and driving user adoption. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority. Experience collaborating within multi-site and international organizations. Aerospace manufacturing experience required. Must be based in or willing to relocate to Sandpoint, Idaho. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Kodiak aircraft operations or the Sandpoint manufacturing site. Experience working with global teams, particularly in North America and France. Travel Requirements Ability and willingness to travel within the United States and internationally, including France, as needed. Information related to the position: (Required for all positions) The compensation range is $85,000 to $100,000 in base salary plus an annual target bonus. The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Daher considers a number of factors when determining salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, skills, and current market conditions.
