Pinehurst is currently recruiting for 2 Full Time Seasonal Greenskeepers! Position will be classified as I or II based on experience! Position Summary The Greenkeeper 1 or 2 position is responsible for daily maintenance activities and special projects. A Greenkeeper 1 or 2 is expected to work alone or in groups and take a lead role in the grounds staff to help mentor newer staff. All employees should be punctual, good communication skills, have a good attitude, a strong work ethic and enjoy a team atmosphere. Duties Attention to details Clean areas of the golf course, club grounds and facilities Communicate and assist Assistant Superintendent with daily responsibilities Operate heavy equipment and can mow all areas of the course accordingly Perform all daily maintenance activities Job Qualifications Ability to effectively communicate At least 1 year of golf course maintenance experience Knowledge of and/or ability to play the game of golf and understand how job performance affects the playing conditions of the golf course Working Environmental/Physical Activities Auditory: Ability to communicate clearly in routine conversations in person, via telephone or 2-way radio. Must be able to hear normal sounds with background noise and distinguish voice patterns. Environmental Conditions: This positions duties require 40 plus hours a week working outside in the elements. Must be able to work outside and most any conditions for extended periods of time. Other: Ability to produce information in written form. Ability to operate heavy equipment. Ability to pay attention to detail and concentrate for 60 minutes or more with constant interruptions. Strength: Ability to move to and from various points within Pinehurst Country Club, as well as within the outdoor environment, surrounding communities and the Front Range. Ability to lift and carry 40 pounds up to 50 feet. Visual: Ability to perform manipulative skills that require hand-eye coordination such as a calculator or computer and be able to see objects closely as in typing a document or reading a report. Wage is DOE: $19.00-$21.00/hour EOE/Including Vets and Disabilities Position to close 9/22/25 or when a sufficient number of qualified applicants have been received.
