Leasing Consultant - Luxury Apartments

AMLI Residential is currently hiring an Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our team at AMLI Evanston. This great opportunity offers the chance to work at one of AMLI's luxury apartment communitiessupporting leasing operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to a vibrant residential experience. As a Leasing Consultant, you will: Support leasing efforts and resident relations at AMLI Evanston Provide a high level of customer service to prospective and current residents. Assist with tours, application processing, and lease execution. Coordinate with the onsite teams to maintain a consistent and professional leasing experience across both communities. Contribute to resident events, social media marketing, and outreach efforts. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of each property's features, availability, and pricing. What were looking for: Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work seamlessly A positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to providing excellent service. Comfortable working Saturdays and a flexible schedule, as required. Why AMLI?
