Summary The position is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including loading and unloading drivers with barrels using a forklift, washing barrels, maintaining a clean and organized facility, breaking down and categorizing barrels, and keeping track of required paperwork. Additional duties may include assisting with inventory control and performing other tasks as assigned to ensure smooth and safe operations. The Barrel Utility Worker position will require working overtime and weekend as needed. Job Description Operate a forklift to move, load, and unload barrels and other materials. Lift, pull, and push items weighing between 75-200lbs as required. Clean and organize barrels and equipment. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized shop and working area. Separate and categorize barrels based on material or type. Load and offload trucks efficiently and safely. Wash barrels to meet facility cleanliness standards. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with tracking supplies. Work productively with minimal supervision. Be able to work in hot, cold, and rainy weather conditions. Demonstrate initiative, think creatively to solve problems, and be a self-starter/go-getter. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or G.E.D. Consistently behave in a manner that is appropriate and professional. Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations. Ability to work long hours and available to work on weekends.
