Whether answering inquiries from potential customers or helping a current customer find peace of mind, youll combine your expertise with genuine care to deliver an exceptional experience. What Makes This Opportunity Exciting? Compensation & Incentives: BaseSalary: $56,000 - $69,000annually. Performance Incentives: Earn up to an additional $60,000 annually. Differentials: +10% for evening shifts; +20% for weekends. Bonuses: $1,500 sign-on for licensed candidates (Personal Lines or Property & Casualty). Benefits: Health and wellness benefits starting Day 1 (medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts and more). Accrue Paid Time Off immediately, plus 13 paid holidays annually (8 fixed, 5 floating). 401(k) with up to 6% match, vested immediately. WhatWereLooking For: Experience & Qualifications: Minimum of 1 month of customer-facing sales experience required; 3+ years preferred. Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred. ActivePersonal Lines or Property & Casualty licensepreferred(training and exam fees provided). High School Diploma or GEDrequired; College degree preferred. Core Skills: Excellent communication skills withthe abilityto build rapport quickly. Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.
