Position Summary... Join the Legal Walmart Operations team to work with and support the attorneys who are advising the Company in direct store operations and support practice areas about legal rights, obligations, and risks. Own developing strategies to improve client support while meeting the goals of Global Governance. Reduce costs for the Company by being a creator, innovator, and change agent of process improvements. Collaborate with cross functional teams and play an important role in mitigating corporate risk by ensuring consistent implementation of company policies and practices. What you'll do... Develop and maintain tools for tracking project/program health, associated budgets, attorney workload KPIs and client relationships. Work closely with attorneys, business partners, and other stakeholders to understand and define issues and recommend solutions; developing, evaluating, and implementing data management strategies. Utilize strong organization and prioritization skills; demonstrate history of successfully managing multiple concurrent initiatives and maintain ones own workflow Have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and operate with a high sense of urgency Bring strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively with a wide variety of clients and counterparts across Legal and Global Governance. Use your highly developed written communication skills, including report writing, presentations, email correspondence and verbal communication skills. Maintain security and confidentiality of sensitive information, data and communications. Use experience with or knowledge about Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive, and Power BI. You are comfortable with technology and how to leverage systems and tools to improve processes. You are organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure. You are process-minded and look for opportunities to streamline for improved efficiency and effectiveness. You have strong communication skills to interact with senior leadership and stakeholders. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
