Summary of the Position: The Community Management Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of Jackson Park, a premier residential community in Long Island City, by providing administrative, operational, and resident service support. This role serves as a key point of contact for residents, vendors, and internal partners, ensuring the efficient coordination of community operations, resident communications, vendor administration, and office management. The Coordinator also supports financial and leasing processes, maintains operational records, assists with resident events and special projects, and helps drive consistent execution of community management standards while delivering an exceptional resident experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide overall support and assistance to the Assistant Property & Property Manager as required. Solicitation of vendor proposals, insurance and invoices. Upload vendor invoices into Accounts Payable Workflow for approval. Maintain & audit the Storage and Bicycle logs. Receive and manage inquiries to the office via phone, email, or walk-in. Management of both the general leasing email and management email. Manage office supplies and refreshments. Manage Pet Registrations. Manage Key replacements and charges. Manage Occupancy Riders. Approve postings to Building Link with APM approval. Manage notices to community via elevator screens, building link e-blasts and other forms of methods. Assist with miscellaneous accounting matters such as resident ledger inquiries, adjustments and audits. Assist with various special projects throughout the year as needed. Act as backup for Leasing Coordinator(s) when needed. Assist with coordination of resident events. Maintain daily Move-In Status report, Vacancy tracker & upcoming move in reports. Assist with development and implementation of Community Management SOPs. Manage the front desk workflow and all office traffic independently throughout your weekend scheduled time. Other duties as assigned. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. 24 years of experience in residential property management, hospitality, customer service, or a related administrative role. Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality. Experience with accounts payable processes, vendor coordination, resident communications, and basic property management accounting preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams); experience with Yardi, BuildingLink, or other property management systems is preferred. Ability to support cross-functional initiatives, coordinate resident events, and adapt to changing business priorities, including weekend coverage as needed. Demonstrated ability to leverage emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, automation, and data-driven tools, to improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation. The base compensation range for this role is $60,000 to $70,000. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, as well as access to our comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k) plan (with matching contributions), wellness benefits and all other benefits afforded to full-time Tishman Speyer employees. This base range reflects a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skill sets, and/or licensure required of an individual in this particular role.
