About the team: This team leads the development and execution of layout, design, and capacity strategies supporting Walmart U.S. in-store fulfillment operations. Collaborating closely with Real Estate, Field Operations, and Store Design, the team ensures stores are optimized to meet evolving fulfillment needs. Responsibilities include reviewing space designs, supporting construction projects, monitoring capacity constraints, and planning special initiatives. The team also enables metadata support for cross-functional partners, fostering efficient project execution and operational improvements. Focused on creating an effective work environment, the team drives business goals through strong collaboration and strategic planning across multiple functions. Analyze data and business trends to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. Develop and implement innovative operational solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
