Minimum Hiring Wage: From $81,889.60 a year Job Details: Scheduled Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm | Monday - Friday Float to multiple locations required Job Description: Coordinates the patient satisfaction survey process for Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center, in conjunction with hospital leaders and the vendor. Analyze patient satisfaction and complaint data and collaborates with leaders and staff and facilitates improvement efforts. Provide data collection, analysis and follow-up for performance improvement activities. Facilitate performance improvement activities with various groups throughout the health system. Assist with assuring compliance with regulatory agencies in collaboration with departments. Qualifications: Associate's degree in nursing (ADN) required. Bachelor's degree in health-related field preferred. 1-3 years hospital/clinical experience required. 1-3 years patient satisfaction experience preferred. 1-3 years performance and process improvement/LEAN experience preferred.
