Job Summary - Co-manage client relationships alongside the Sales Account Management team, from implementation through to everyday problem resolution and renewal activities. - Collaborate directly with the Sales Account Management team to service mutual clients. - Support and service between 8-15 client groups, each generating annual net revenue between $50,000 and $250,000+. - Maintain senior management level contact with clients' Benefits, Human Resources, and financial staff. - Ensure the effective delivery of Luminare Health products and operational processes to clients. - Retain assigned book of business, providing strategic oversight and fostering interdepartmental relationships. Minimum Requirements : Bachelors Degree and 5 years of health insurance industry experience OR High School diploma and 9 years previous Client Management experience and/or experience in a similar TPA or health insurance environment with client-facing/client support responsibilities Understanding of self-funding and employee benefit plans Knowledge and understanding of benefit-related federal laws (i.e., ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, etc.) Ability to travel is required (up to 25%) Results oriented and self-motivated Ability to interact with senior level executives Analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and time management skills are required Excellent presentation skills Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required, as are exceptional organizational skills Preferred Job Qualifications: State insurance license stop loss understanding a plus Location: Remote employees must live within the continental United States, excluding Alaska, California, Hawaii or New York. #LI-NR1 #LI-Remote Are you being referred to one of our roles? This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
