Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care accurately. Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care. Uphold safety and compliance standards at all times. What youll bring Current California LVN license in good standing. Minimum 2 years LVN experience required. Strong clinical judgment and communication skills. A caring, resident-first approach and ability to work independently during overnight hours.
