Full Job Description

Do you enjoy building solid internal and external relationships resulting in growth? Do you enjoy collaborating cross-functionally to deliver on common goals? Key Responsibilities Review and document current internal workflows, systems, and data flows across operations teams. Identify inefficiencies or gaps in processes and systems and propose technical, automation, or integration-based improvements. Support projects focused on modernizing internal systems and improving operational efficiency. Assist with building, testing, documenting, and supporting the adoption of automation and AI-enabled tools. Prepare analysis, documentation, and basic technical recommendations to support Operations Transformation initiatives. Qualifications Bachelors degree required in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field. Recent college graduates or early-career professionals are highly preferred. Foundational understanding of systems, data, automation, or programming concepts. Interest in applying AI, automation, and technology to improve internal business operations. Ability to learn internal systems quickly and follow established processes. U.S. National Base Pay Range: $59,200 - $98,600.
