Job Opening: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Location Pleasant Hill Post Acute Position Type Part-Time / On-Call Shifts Available: NOC Pay Range: $22 $25 per hour (DOE) General Purpose Provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with each residents care plan and supervisory direction. Essential Duties Correctly identify residents (wristbands or photo cards) before treatments, meals, etc. Promptly report changes in condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse. Document care on flow sheets, notes, and charts accurately and descriptively. Report all accidents or incidents immediately. Safeguard residents confidential health information; report suspected breaches. Perform only those nursing procedures for which you are trained and authorized. Prepare rooms for new residents (bed made, name tags up, admission kit ready). Greet and escort residents, introduce them to roommates/staff, and ensure comfort. Inventory personal possessions and assist residents with packing when transferring or discharging.
