We support business growth strategies & initiatives within Global Retirement & Insurance, PGIM, and International.As an intern in FIP, you can find yourself in a line of business or a Corporate Finance function, analyzing data while working side-by-side with Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) Associates and business leaders. As an FIP intern, you are given meaningful responsibilities and will have the opportunity to present your newly learned skills to your team during this 10-week experience. The goal of this internship is to identify top talent for our FLDP. FLDP is our full-time, rotational program in Corporate Finance, and focuses on developing future leaders by combining onthejob training with formal training classes, special project assignments, mentoring and coaching. Internship Summary: Prudential is seeking motivated and goal-orientated interns to join our team. Our summer internship program spans approximately 10 weeks, offering you a valuable opportunity to work on impactful projects where you can demonstrate your skills and talents. You'll be part of a dynamic environment that encourages learning, growth, and networking. Timeline: Program Dates: Monday, June 1st, 2026 Friday, August 7th, 2026 Application Deadline: Friday, September 26th, 2025 (We review applications on a rolling basis and reserve the right to close earlier based on volume or role availability.) PGIM Investment Professional internship and full-time analyst applications open Tuesday, July 1st, 2025. All other role types open on or after Monday, August 4th, 2025. What you can expect: You will be empowered to contribute in a meaningful way, add new value to organization initiatives and effect change by: Applying classroom knowledge to support the reconciliation and analysis of financial results Collaborating with business partners on key deliverables Analyzing current financial operations and initiate efforts to improve process efficiencies Assist in special projects, initiatives, and ad-hoc report and analysis requests Your placement within the Finance Internship Program will be in one of the following areas: Planning & Analysis Controllers Treasury Expense Management Tax Internal Audit What youll need: Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelors program graduating between December 2026 and May 2028. Preferred areas of study: Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Information Technology, Information Systems, MIS, and/or Operations. Preferred 3.2 GPA and above Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this position. Successful candidates must possess the requisite US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration Itd be a plus if you had: Strong interest in Finance Proficiency in technical tools, with a particular focus on Excel Strong ability to adapt to changing environments, think critically to solve problems, collaborate across peer groups and different levels of management.
