Its time to look at Taylor Your Opportunity: Taylor Print & Visual Impressions, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for a Production Supervisor to Supervise the Finishing area and assist in the Digital Print area when needed in Bloomington, IL. Work Authorization: To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. Your Responsibilities: Drive results by leading and coaching others; enforce systems, policies and procedures Develop staff through interviewing, selecting, and training employees and help them develop personal growth opportunities Monitor workflow, observe equipment, and maintain systems that produce high quality and detailed products; help correct malfunctions and foster a spirit of cooperation between departments Work with Team Leads to achieve results by scheduling and assigning personnel, establishing priorities for the day and monitoring progress, and reporting results on production summaries Maintain a safe and clean work environment Your Shift: 2nd Shift: 2:30pm - 11:30pm, Monday - Friday Occasional overtime as needed You Must Have: Great communication skills to share process changes and improvements with team and facility leadership Experience in performance management (coaching, managing team performance, employee development and process improvement) Ability to move through the facility for up to 8 hours at a time, to monitor staff, operations, and operate equipment as needed Ability to occasionally move materials weighing up to 30 pounds We Would Also Prefer: Post-high school degree Minimum of two years of leadership experience Production or warehouse experience The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $62k - $66k. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporations total compensation and benefits package for employees.
