Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) Fleetwood Post Acute | Easley, SC Fleetwood Post Acute is a 102-bed skilled nursing facility in Easley, SC, conveniently located just 15 minutes from Greenville. Pay & Benefits $17-$20 per hour Next Day Pay available upon request PRN opportunities across our extensive network Multiple healthcare plan options PTO 401(k) with company match Qualifications Must be 18 years or older Current South Carolina CNA certification in good standing RNA/CNA training/certification required PCC (PointClickCare) experience preferred Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care Long-term care experience preferred Position Summary The Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) provides restorative nursing services designed to help residents maintain or improve mobility, strength, independence, and quality of life while working under the direction of nursing and rehabilitation staff. Responsibilities Assist residents with restorative exercises and mobility programs Support ambulation, transfers, splinting, and range-of-motion activities Encourage participation in daily activities and out-of-bed mobility Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene Obtain and document resident weights Reposition residents to promote comfort and skin integrity Accurately document care and restorative services provided Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly Prepare residents for appointments, treatments, meals, and activities Maintain a positive, respectful, and therapeutic resident environment Education & Certifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Current CNA certification in good standing RNA training/certification CPR certification if required Must maintain all required licenses and continuing education requirements Join Fleetwood Post Acute and become one of the familiar faces making a difference in the lives of our residents every day.
