THE JOB: As an On Call MGM Rewards Representative, you play a key role in creating a welcoming and informative experience for our guests. With your ability to engage guests and navigate program details with ease, youll assist with enrollments, process redemptions and promotional transactions, and answer questions about MGM Rewards and the property. THE STARTING RATE: $17 THE DAY-TO-DAY: Assist guests with various requests including navigating the mobile app and questions related to the MGM Rewards program, including enrollment, redemptions, Direct Marketing Offers, MyVegas rewards, Special Event offers, and program updates.
