THE STARTING RATE: $15.00 per hour THE DAY-TO-DAY: Review tickets to ensure correct event information and greet guests with a friendly, welcoming smile. Maintain awareness of crowd situations and address any unusual customer concerns by informing supervisors or management. Collaborate effectively with all departments, staff, and vendors associated with the venue. Recognize, resolve, and report issues and safety concerns that may impact the guest experience. Retain and convey event information from pre- and post-event briefings, along with details about the propertys restaurants, services, shows, and events. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: High School Diploma or GED Must be willing to work On call for events.
