They standardize program management practices and apply Agile methodologies to facilitate smooth transitions from concept to market. By leveraging advanced tooling, automation, and AI solutions, they enhance operational effectiveness and provide actionable performance insights. What you'll do... Lead execution of multiple business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance. Supervise and develop associates through mentoring, training, performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Partner with senior leaders to define goals, assess risks, and communicate program requirements to stakeholders and executive leadership. Drive continuous process improvements by conducting gap analyses, implementing best practices, and aligning initiatives with company strategy. Evaluate program performance using data analytics, recommend adjustments, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
