The Senior Manager, Program Management, leads the execution of multiple business initiatives by developing strategic plans, removing obstacles, and driving performance improvements. The Senior Manager partners with senior leadership to support continuous learning, promote ethical standards, and deliver measurable business results while maintaining a focus on customer and associate experience. About the team... The Program Management team ensures efficient delivery and consistency across Data Ventures by enabling disciplined execution and strategic alignment. They standardize program management practices and apply Agile methodologies to facilitate smooth transitions from concept to market. The team promotes cross-functional collaboration through structured reviews and governance, focusing on shared priorities. By leveraging advanced tooling, automation, and AI solutions, they enhance operational effectiveness and provide actionable performance insights. This integrated approach improves predictability, quality, and speed throughout, empowering leaders with the visibility needed for informed decision-making and sustained business success. What you'll do... Lead execution of multiple business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance. Supervise and develop associates through mentoring, training, performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Partner with senior leaders to define goals, assess risks, and communicate program requirements to stakeholders and executive leadership. Drive continuous process improvements by conducting gap analyses, implementing best practices, and aligning initiatives with company strategy. Evaluate program performance using data analytics, recommend adjustments, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Promote adherence to company policies, ethics, and standards while supporting a positive workplace culture. What you'll bring...
