Primary Location: BARUCH COLLEGE Bargaining Unit: No The Program Manager will support the CUNY + Claims Conference Faculty Fellowship Program, an initiative designed to strengthen Holocaust education across CUNY and counter the growing problem of Holocaust inversion. This role will help coordinate year-long faculty fellowship that recruits and supports instructors developing or revising courses to integrate substantive Holocaust content. The Program Manager will manage administrative and programmatic daytoday operations, including faculty fellows support, event coordination, partnership development, and tracking program outputs such as new courses, seminar, annual summit, and professional learning activities. This position plays a key role in advancing the programs goals of building institutional capacity, improving campus climate, and fostering crosscampus collaboration in Holocaust education. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support Manage day-to-day program operations, including scheduling, communications, and logistical coordination for faculty fellows. Coordinate events and partnerships, supporting annual summits, professional learning activities, and collaborations with campus and community institutions. Track and document program outputs, including new and revised courses, faculty participation, and other deliverables across the multi-year initiative. Grant Management Manage the project budget, ensuring expenses are processed in compliance with RF CUNY and CUNY financial policies. Oversee grant-funded activities, ensuring all deliverables, milestones, and reporting requirements for agencies are met. Manage procurement, payroll, and other activities associated with the project. Other duties as assigned. RFCUNY serves as a fiscal agent and works closely with all the CUNY campus Grants Offices to perform the core functions of post-award financial management for CUNY research projects and sponsored programs. These functions include legal assessment and signing of agreements where RFCUNY is named as a fiscal agent; setting up award accounts; preparing sub-awards and assisting PIs in monitoring the work of the recipients of sub-awards; supporting project directors with hiring and managing research project and sponsored program staff; supporting the purchasing and paying for goods and services with grant and program funds; managing financial aspects of projects including accounts receivable, financial reporting, invoicing, budget monitoring, and cost compliance with uniform guidance; ensuring that sponsor financial requirements are met; monitoring compliance with applicable project and financial management rules and laws; supporting the management of independent and external audits and financial reviews; and providing data, information, management expertise, and other supports to CUNYs research and sponsored programs.
