Job Description Personal Care Provider PRN (as-needed). Overnight shift. Non-medical home care. Starting pay: $17-22/hr. depending on experience. Location: 915 Centre Ave. Fort Collins, Colorado. This position visits patients in their homes and does require travel (compensation for travel included)! About the Role As a Personal Care Provider at Bloom at Home Care, you will: Engage with clients and build personal relationships while supporting them. Allow clients to maintain their dignity by assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, meals, and maintaining a clean-living environment. Accurately document and track care plans including restorative care under the direction of various therapists. What We're Looking For: Experience: Interest in geriatrics required; previous experience preferred, but not required. Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and follow oral instructions in English. Attention to detail in all aspects of care provision. Capability to work both independently and in a team environment, Attributes: Compassionate and empathetic nature with a desire to care for others. Reliable with a strong work ethic. A team player who fosters and promotes a positive and supportive work environment. Our Total Rewards package includes a salary range of between $17 - $22/hr. depending on experience. Additional compensation: Compensation for travel.
