Mid-Level Multi Operations Specialist Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Companys Physical Security Technology team is currently seeking a Mid-level Multi Operations Specialist to join this team as a Physical Security Technology and Systems professional in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will be able to work within a complex and fast-paced environment providing technical support for Video and Access Control Security Systems. This individual must have strong project management, communication, and organizational skills. Position Responsibilities: Manages and coordinates service tickets Maintains, services, troubleshoots, and administers critical physical security technology systems Works in cross-functional environments to bring solutions to complex Security Technology requirements Communicates and collaborates with Security Vendors, Security & Fire Operations (S&FO), Facilities, Information Technology (IT), and Internal and External business partners Works with Video Security & Systems (VS&S) Programming and Administration Works with Access Management Systems (AMS) Programming and Administration Supports data analysis and metrics development Works on project management of complex technical integration projects Consults with internal customers and external organizations to recommend and propose new, or alternative security solutions, improvements, and enhancements Troubleshoots basic network Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3+ years of experience in systems hardware and/or software troubleshooting and corrective action 3+ years of experience supporting change management and process improvement activities 3+ years of experience coordinating and/or leading schedule driven tasks 1+ years of experience with networks and network communication protocols Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance 3+ years of experience in Security Systems Experience communicating with management at all levels Experience with technical writing and editing Experience with Microsoft Remote Desktop Services Experience with effective time and workload management Ability to work independently and within a teaming environment Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
