Mid-Level Functional Analyst Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Companys Information Digital Technology and Security (IDT&S) organization is currently seeking a Mid-Level Functional Analyst to join the team in Seattle, WA; Berkeley, MO; Everett, WA; Kent, WA; Mesa, AZ; North Charleston, SC; Miami, FL; Dallas, TX; or Plano, TX. In this exciting role, you will be a key player in delivering and supporting large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transformation initiatives and ongoing sustainment efforts within the Enterprise Business Systems Division. As a Functional Analyst on the Supplier Lifecycle and Relationship Management Product team, you will work closely with project delivery teams, business stakeholders, architects, designers, developers, and technical experts. Your primary focus will be on understanding project scopes and timelines, ensuring the development and testing of applications and solutions that drive meaningful business results. You will bring a product-focused mindset to champion the delivery of transformative, high-impact capabilities within supply chain functions. Your proven leadership skills will drive high-quality outcomes through collaboration with both internal teams and external partners, utilizing data and metrics to inform decisions. Additionally, your strong expertise in Master Data Management applications and processes will be invaluable in this role. Position Responsibilities: Serve as a functional leader of Supplier Lifecycle and Relationship Management (SLC&RM) to deliver capabilities across multiple business units Partner with project teams during the preparation and exploration phases to define clear project scope and align on the SLC&RM solutions to be developed Lead and actively engage in requirements gathering, end-to-end solution design, and creation of application and technical design documentation in collaboration with stakeholders and system integrator (SI) partners Oversee the full lifecycle of technical design, development, and deployment activities, working closely with enterprise delivery teams and external partners Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding business subject matter experts (SMEs), architects, developers, and SI partnersto analyze current processes and design innovative solutions to business problems Coordinate and manage the development of SLC&RM components with both internal and external development resources across 3rd party SaaS solutions, SAP, and custom developed solutions Provide regular, data-driven updates to project delivery teams, highlighting progress, risks, issues, and opportunities Champion the adoption and continuous improvement of standards, best practices, and processes to ensure high-quality functional and technical deliverables Lead governance efforts around functional and technical design and development to maintain alignment and quality Act as a trusted partner representing the product across ERP solution delivery and extended enterprise teams, including development, testing, data management, infrastructure, security, operations, and release management Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), user experience, and customer satisfaction to measure success and drive continuous improvement Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3+ years of experience as a functional analyst in large, complex business environments, with a focus on end-to-end Supplier Lifecycle Master Data solutions 3+ years of experience in product teams with a focus on delivering high-value supply chain capabilities 3+ years of experience in supplier lifecycle systems 3+ years of experience leading requirements, gathering, solution design, and coordinating development across cross-functional teams 3+ years of experience communicating with stakeholders from the business and IT leaders Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor's degree or higher Experience in the aerospace and defense industry Experience in ERP transformation or large-scale system implementation projects Experience using SAP Activate or similar methodologies Experience delivering outcomes through external partner teams Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
