Are you ready to make your next career move tojoin our teamand assist the local branch as a Collections Associate for KONE Albany, NY? Following a period of 100% in-office training at our Albany branch, this role will have the ability to transition to a hybrid schedule of three days in-office, two days from home. Do you have a background in successfully handling a collections dispute process from beginning to end? Are you able to collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals? Have you developed a proficiency with office management tools (e.g. Excel, SAP Microsoft Office Suite, etc.?) Do you have the tenacity and perseverance to see an objective through to completion? Have you been successful in documenting status updates/details to present to stakeholders? If you answered a resounding YES to these questions, then we have an amazing opportunity for you! As our Collections Associate, you will perform a variety of credit collection tasks related to our branch operations including initial contact with customer, request action/follow-up appropriately, and record disputes. Disputes are facilitated by you as you coordinate with the appropriate parties. You willbring5+years ofrelevantB2B Collections expertise and an appetite for learning an exciting and new field.You will usethe knowledgegained when obtaining yourassociatesdegree in a related field or an additional 10+ years of experience. Proficiency in SAP/Excel/GAP is required to be successful in this role. The compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
