As a senior platform DevOps Engineer at Booz Allen, you can use your technical skills to affect mission-forward change. Using your DevOps platform experience, youll support your team as you inform strategy and design while ensuring standards are met throughout the containerization process. Youll recommend resources that will help your client manage and securely adopt containers. You Have: 4+ years of experience with AWS Cloud building and supporting DevOps tools and continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines 4+ years of experience with containerization, building images, and orchestrating deployments in Kubernetes 4+ years of experience with infrastructure-as-code environments, including automated server or network configurations, large-scale software deployments, or monitoring and testing 3+ years of experience managing tools deployed with Helm, and with automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef 2+ years of experience developing custom applications and supporting them in a production environment Knowledge of container networking, monitoring, and storage solutions Knowledge of container security technologies and evaluating and mitigating or resolving vulnerability findings TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Bachelor's degree Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of hire date Nice If You Have: Experience with identifying and implementing automation to improve user experience Experience with scripting in Bash, PowerShell, Python, Groovy, or Ruby Experience with system integration using a variety of protocols, including JSON, REST, and XML Experience with leveraging JSON, YAML, or XML for configuration Experience with the OWASP Software Assurance Maturity Model or DevSecOps Maturity Model Cloud Certification, including AWS, Certified Solutions Architect Associate Certification, Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect, or MCSE Cloud Platform and Infrastructure Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individuals particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allens total compensation package for employees.
