What Youll Do As Administrative Assistant, youll play a key role in performing advanced clerical/secretarial and administrative support functions of considerable variety and complexity requiring exercising considerable judgment and initiative in completing assignments for a dean, manager, chair or coordinator. Day-to-day you'll be responsible for: Managing communication by answering and directing phone calls and writing and distributing emails, memos, and other correspondence. Organizing and scheduling appointments. Ordering office supplies and researching new deals and suppliers. Maintaining contact lists and digital filing systems. Working closely with colleagues and students to enhance the overall employee and student experience.
